We began as a small, family-owned business, manufacturing and selling custom made blinds throughout the Manawatu under the name Custom Blinds. Our team was made up of family and friends. What started as a simple product range has grown significantly over the past decade. Together, our team has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in the blinds industry.

Our online journey began in 2010 with Budget Blinds, and four years later, we launched Online Blinds, the first website to bring motorized roller blinds to the online DIY market in NZ.

From the start, our goal was to make ordering custom blinds simple and affordable. Today, Online Blinds and Budget Blinds offer the same great range of products, and we’re proud to have a loyal customer base who value our quality, service, and fast turnaround. Above all, we take pride in offering high-quality blinds at great prices, backed by exceptional customer care.
