  • SIZE blinds under 2350mm.
  • ADDRESS urban (includes ARAMEX depot collections).
  • CART worth $300 or more.

URBAN SHIPPING

Blinds under 2350mm to an urban address with carts less than $300 have a $17.25 fee.

Blinds under 2350mm to an urban address with carts more than $300 are free.

Blinds over 2351mm to an urban address with carts more than $300 have a $51.75 fee.

Blinds over 2351mm to an urban address with carts less than $300 have a $69 fee.

RURAL SHIPPING

Rural samples $8.34.

Blinds under 1800mm wide can be delivered to a rural address for a $19.84 fee.

Blinds over 1800mm wide cannot be delivered to a rural address (NZ Post size restrictions).

Options are:

  • Store pick up 16 -18 Darragh Road Feilding.
  • Depot Collections from Aramex if under 2350mm, or PBT if over 2351mm.
  • Provide an alternative address, e.g. a friend, relative or a work address that is non-rural.

RURAL DEFINTION

Our website address finder is controlled by the freight carrier. Rural addresses are determined by the freight carrier, NOT US. If your address is deemed rural we cannot change that. NZ Post will only accept parcels up to 1800mm so widest length for a blind is 1750mm to a rural or urban address.

DEPOT COLLECTIONS

Aramex depots are suitable for blinds up to 2350mm wide, this is a courier service so cheaper fees apply.

  • Aramex depot cart more than $300 free delivery.
  • Aramex depot cart less than $300 has a $15 fee.

PBT depots are suitable for blinds up to 5000mm wide, this is a transport service, so higher fees apply.

  • PBT depot, cart more than $300 has a $51.75 fee.
  • PBT depot, cart less than $300 has a $69 fee.

DEPOT COLLECTION PROCESS

  1. You will receive an email notification when your blinds leave our factory.
  2. A tracking number will be provided, keep an eye on the delivery status updates online.
  3. The depot will notify you when the item is ready for collection.
  4. Have the tracking number ready at pickup.
  5. Contact us if you have any concerns.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Most orders are manufactured within 14 working days and then dispatched. However certain products such as Romans, S-Folds and Allusion, may take up to 20 working days to manufacture. On some occasions, lead times can be impacted by, fabric backorders and high demand. But we will always get your order to you as soon as possible. Feel free to call us before placing an order to get a current lead time on your preferred product. Please note our manufacture times do not including the delivery time once its left us it's with the courier to make final delivery.
